Introduction
ISG Middle East has unveiled a dynamic new office space for Global Ventures, a prominent venture capital firm based in Dubai. This LEED Platinum-certified adaptable workspace seamlessly integrates cutting-edge design with a focus on comfort and fostering a collaborative atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
The project
ISG Middle East has successfully transformed two floors of the 6 Falak by Sweid & Sweid building in Dubai Internet City into a bespoke workspace for Global Ventures, that emphasizes flexibility and connectivity. Starting with a core and shell space, the project encompassed the complete fit-out of these floors, creating a space that promotes collaboration and innovation. The design integrates distinctive elements, such as sleek steel staircases and advanced audiovisual systems, all aimed at enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of the office.
A New Approach to Work
Spanning over an area of 40,000 square feet, the new Global Ventures office reflects a modern and inclusive workspace. The open-plan layout combines functionality with comfort, creating a variety of spaces for both individual focus and community collaboration. In addition to traditional workstations, the office includes relaxed dining spaces, social lounges, and multipurpose meeting rooms, all designed to facilitate creativity and interaction.
A Commitment to Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of this project, gaining a LEED Platinum certification. Designed with environmental responsibility in mind the office incorporates energy-efficient systems, natural daylight, waste reduction strategies, and best practices in sustainable design.
Distinctive Design Elements
One of the standout features of the new office is the steel staircase, which connects the two floors while adding an outstanding architectural element. The overall design balances modern aesthetics with practical functionality, ensuring that the space is both visually appealing and conducive to productivity.
The effective use of color, lighting, and acoustic treatments further enhance the office’s layout, creating a workspace that’s aesthetically striking and comfortable. The office design is enhanced by a curated collection of art pieces from artists around the globe, infusing the space with elegance, sophistication, and a touch of wit.

ISG Middle East successfully delivered the project within an impressive 40-week timeframe. A key achievement during the project was reaching 1 million man-safe hours at the 6 Falak by Sweid & Sweid building—a testament to ISG’s unwavering commitment to safety and operational excellence.
