Introduction
ISG continues to deliver office fit out in the legal sector, this time providing new space for the UK law firm. Working alongside AECOM, Perkins+Will and Cundall, we are proud to have delivered this project on time and to a very high standard.
The project
The building was being fitted out on other floors by a number of other contractors, so we were sequencing all deliveries and waste removal. Joinery featured heavily in the design. We worked with Perkins+Will to select the right supply chain partner who could deliver the quality and volume of work.
The MEP design from Cundall involved a high level of controls and monitoring which was achieved through the installation of high-quality fan coil units supplied from the UK. With MEP being a focus area for the client and consultant teams, we identified the need to co-ordinate the systems. We achieved this using our in-house engineers.
Our own design manager supported the Perkins+Will team on joinery co-ordination, relaying the information to our supply chain to produce the final shop drawings.
