ISG was appointed to deliver a 240,000 sq ft office fit out for China National Petroleum Co. across nine floors, located in Building 1 of Emaar Business Park in Dubai.

The nine floors consists a mixture of open-plan and cellular offices, filing storage, print and plotter rooms, pantries, meeting rooms and a staff lounge.

Our portfolio of projects includes the construction and upgrade of data centres, laboratories, clean rooms and processing facilities as well as the renewal of critical infrastructure such as boilers and chillers and the introduction of sustainable initiatives including solar devices and other energy-efficient solutions.
