A world-class, modern fine dining experience overlooking the Dubai skyline.

Introduction

ISG Middle East completed Olea, an all day dining restaurant, at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. The 7,000 sq ft restaurant boasts a large commercial kitchen, show kitchen and support pantry as well as an outdoor dining terrace that overlooks Dubai’s city skyline.

Adding value every step of the way

In a unique approach to giving back, ISG Middle East launched its first site-based donation drive where over 90 workers working on the site had access to pre-owned outfits.

Engaging with different stakeholders across all areas of the business to ensure it brings the client’s vision to life at every stage of the fit out. The project’s relationship driven approach has seen ISG Middle East working directly with the client on every aspect of the design and build.

The project

The modern and contemporary fit out entailed extending the existing back of house kitchen and bar onto a terrace area to increase the internal floor space. The Levantine restaurant now includes an elegant and spacious dining area, an outdoor terrace and a shisha bar. The project was also completed and handed over to our customer 4 weeks early.
