Adding value every step of the way
In a unique approach to giving back, ISG Middle East launched its first site-based donation drive where over 90 workers working on the site had access to pre-owned outfits.
Engaging with different stakeholders across all areas of the business to ensure it brings the client’s vision to life at every stage of the fit out. The project’s relationship driven approach has seen ISG Middle East working directly with the client on every aspect of the design and build.

The project
For this project, we upgraded the configuration of the existing 13 self-contained keys per floor to create a new footprint of 22 keys on levels 7 to 11, 8 keys on levels 12 to 14, and 16 keys on level 15.
The new footprint encompasses the demolition of all internal walls as well as ceilings with the formation of 22 keys on each level. New marble and sanitary fittings adorn the bathrooms, along with new exciting finishes in all apartments.

Beyond that, we also undertook numerous enhancements that included the formation of a new guest entrance, transformation of the current reception and restaurant area into a vibrant state of the art welcoming area, installation of new glass entrance doors at the grand reception areas with beautiful marble floor and wall finishes, along with upgrades to guest toilets, lift lobbies and adjoining corridors.
The project was completed in April 2018.
