ISG Middle East fitted out and soundproofed the plush Roxy Cinema in Dubai.
Introduction
ISG Middle East was tasked with fitting out and soundproofing the Roxy Cinema in Dubai’s trendy Box Park area.
As well as working on the four cinema screens – one with the latest ATMOS sound technology – the team also worked on installing a VIP function room, a reception area, lounge and seating areas for luxury dining, a café, a concessions bar, a fully operational kitchen, male and female toilets and mezzanine area with offices, server room and cinema equipment.

Adding value every step of the way
In a unique approach to giving back, ISG Middle East launched its first site-based donation drive where over 90 workers working on the site had access to pre-owned outfits.
Engaging with different stakeholders across all areas of the business to ensure it brings the client’s vision to life at every stage of the fit out. The project’s relationship driven approach has seen ISG Middle East working directly with the client on every aspect of the design and build.
The project
ISG Middle East developed the existing cold shell and delivered a luxurious cinema complex with the latest sound technology and fine dining facilities.
The space was constructed using structural steel supports hanging from the main ceiling six metres above. The mezzanine area provides maintenance access and can be used for storing materials.
With the collaboration between ISG Middle East, FC Consult, Turner Townsend and the client Meraas, we successfully delivered the brief.
