Adding value every step of the way
In a unique approach to giving back, ISG Middle East launched its first site-based donation drive where over 90 workers working on the site had access to pre-owned outfits.
Engaging with different stakeholders across all areas of the business to ensure it brings the client’s vision to life at every stage of the fit out. The project’s relationship driven approach has seen ISG Middle East working directly with the client on every aspect of the design and build.
The project
With just 25 traditional Parsi cafés left in India, Moombai & Co. promises much-loved cuisine and an authentic atmosphere.
ISG Middle East delivered the fit out of the unique dining space with exposed brick, mahogany furniture, Italian marble table tops, bent cane chairs and pendulum wall clocks.
Once the team were on site, additional scope was uncovered. We managed to complete all additional work in the same intended time frame.
The original design by TGP Design was value engineered by ISG Middle East until the value matched the client budget. The ISG design team worked closely with BWA and TGP Design to source the alternative materials that were within budget and met the specification requirements.
The team also demolished the existing kitchen, while the restaurant was still operational. This was carefully planned with the H Hotel’s operations team and involved phasing the demolition process and working out of hours.
We built a new entrance façade which required us to work in a busy hotel live environment.
