Andrew Craig is a strategically minded senior executive with over twenty years of experience across healthcare, training, and the public sector. With a proven track record in delivering growth and operational excellence, he now leads ISG Middle East’s construction and fit-out operations, driving high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Alia Saleh
Chief Financial Officer
Alia Saleh is a dynamic finance leader with over 15 years of experience across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. A Big 4-trained Chartered Accountant, she specializes in corporate finance, risk management, and financial strategy. As CFO, she has played a pivotal role in driving growth and navigating high-stakes acquisitions.

David Callow
Commercial Director
David brings more than 20 years of commercial and asset management experience across the GCC. His background in M&A, cost governance, and high-value asset portfolios ensures projects are delivered with commercial control and financial precision.

Aidan Berry
Construction Director
With international experience spanning the UK, Singapore, and the Middle East, Aidan leads ISG’s delivery teams with a focus on programme, quality, and site safety. His ability to drive large-scale programmes while maintaining client relationships is instrumental in ensuring consistent outcomes.

Robert Letts
Business Development Director
Robert drives regional expansion and client relationships across multiple sectors. His experience in subcontracting, sales, and commercial partnerships plays a key role in positioning ISG Middle East’s residential offering and securing trusted, long-term engagements.

HR Manager
Cathie is the Human Resources Manager at ISG Middle East with a commitment to driving people strategies that align with business growth across the GCC. Her experience bridges multiple sectors, including construction, interior fit-out, and real estate. Cathie’s collaborative leadership enables her to lead the full HR spectrum from talent acquisition to leadership advisory, ensuring operational excellence. She possesses deep knowledge of UAE labor practices and is recognized for building scalable HR frameworks.

Derek Maguire
Project Director
Derek has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry across the UK and UAE responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of new build construction and interior fit out projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. He has built a reputation for handing over projects in a timely and cost effective manner. He has excellent leadership skills and is highly respected by his delivery team as well as high ratings in his client customer feedback.

Jack Lee
Commercial Manager
Jack Lee is a Commercial Manager with 18 years of international experience delivering complex, high-value construction projects across the UK and UAE. Background spans major airport infrastructure, data centres, world-class research facilities, and premium commercial office fit-outs. Recently led commercial functions on a landmark hospitality development in the UAE and provided portfolio oversight across multiple schemes. Known for direct communication, full client transparency, and empowering teams to take ownership and drive successful outcomes.

Lucy Turner
Bid Manager
Lucy is a Bid Manager with experience delivering successful pursuits across the MENA region within the engineering and construction sectors. Her expertise spans the full bid lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on developing strategic, client-focused approaches that enhance win probability. She collaborates closely teams across the business, promoting alignment between technical and commercial departments, with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Known for her creativity and attention to detail, she leads the development of bespoke, high-quality proposals that clearly communicate value and differentiate the organisation in competitive markets.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cardiff University, UK, and is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).

Morad Wahba
Head of Design
Morad Wahba is Head of Design and Authority Department at ISG Middle East, with nearly two decades of experience across the MENA region, including 19 years in the UAE and 10 years with ISG. He leads design and statutory authority functions across fit-out and construction projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams from concept through delivery. Morad specialises in design management, authority approvals, and engineering coordination. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University and is a LEED Green Associate and member of the UAE Society of Engineers.

Noha Mouris
Planning Manager
Noha is a highly competent Planning Manager who leads the planning function at ISG Middle East, she has been in the UAE for 13 years. Noha ensures full adherence to our Planning Procedures by producing robust schedules of work which pass through our stringent gateways of inspection to guarantee accuracy of time and resource. These programmes are disseminated through the business and are a vital management tool to the success of our projects both from tender through to construction.

Rejin Puthalath
Estimation Manager
Rejin Puthalath is the Estimation Manager at ISG Middle East with over 13 years of experience in the organization. He began his career as an Assistant Estimator for MEP and progressed through various roles to lead the Estimation team. Rejin is responsible for delivering competitive and well-structured project bids while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams and supply chain partners. He also serves as the custodian for the company’s estimating and measurement software, supporting efficient cost planning and tender processes across the business. He has extensive experience in the UAE construction market.

Ross Hopwood
Head of HSQE
Ross is Head of HSQE at ISG Middle East, responsible for shaping strategy and performance across health, safety, quality, and environmental management. He works closely with project and client teams to enhance risk management, strengthen compliance, and embed a proactive safety culture across complex fit-out and construction projects. Ross is passionate about developing high-performing teams, driving innovation, and using data-led insights to improve decision-making, operational excellence, and sustainable project outcomes across the business.

Ruth Guina
IT Manager
Ruth is an IT Manager at ISG Middle East with a 9-year career including 15 months in management and 7 years as IT Engineer. Her expertise spans cybersecurity, security operations, risk management, and infrastructure. Notably, she independently spearheaded the secure migration of Office 365 and network infrastructure for over 100 staff. Specializing in Microsoft Defender and network administration, Ruth holds ITIL4, Azure Administrator, and MCP certifications, ensuring ISG maintains a resilient and secure digital environment.

Sameh Alzubi
Sr. Technical Service Manager
Sameh is a seasoned MEP Expert and Chartered Construction Manager with 20 years of experience delivering large-scale, prestigious projects across the UAE, KSA, and the wider region. His expertise spans MEP coordination, construction management, design oversight, and commissioning. With strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a track record across hospitality, aviation, and mixed-use developments, Sameh holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Jordan.

Sameh Ramsis
Project Director
Sameh is our most experienced Project Director, known for consistently delivering high quality projects on time and to KPIs. He excels in team leadership, client satisfaction, and safe delivery. A values driven leader, Sameh builds trust, adapts easily, and fosters strong relationships across all project stakeholders. His recent successes include the Abu Dhabi Youth Hub and the Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority both praised for their iconic design and timely execution.

Samin Sunny
Finance Manager
Samin Sunny is the Finance Manager of the company, bringing over 17 years of professional experience in the UAE across banking and corporate finance. He has been with the company for the past 3.5 years, where he leads financial management, reporting, and strategic planning. Samin began his career in the banking sector before transitioning into corporate finance roles, including serving as Head of Finance for several organisations, primarily within the construction industry. He holds an MBA in Finance and is a US Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He also has a strong interest in capital markets, investment, and financial analysis.

Sanjay Varghese
Supple Chain Manager
Sanjay Varghese is the Supply Chain Manager at ISG Middle East, bringing over 12 years of experience across construction and fit-out projects in the UAE and India. He leads the development of strategic supply chain partnerships and procurement processes that support efficient project delivery. Sanjay focuses on strengthening collaboration with trade contractors, driving commercial performance, and enhancing operational transparency through structured processes and data-led decision making. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and is an APICS member and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

Nada Abdel Khalek
Head of Marketing, Communications & Strategic Accounts
Nada is an accomplished senior marketing professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. As Head of Marketing, Communications & Strategic Accounts at ISG Middle East, she leads corporate messaging, brand strategy, and integrated communications. Nada has a strong track record of delivering marketing programmes that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Prior to ISG, she held roles in the luxury retail sector, leading marketing campaigns and communication strategies for internationally recognised premium brands.

Graeme Johnston
Project Director
Graeme Johnston is a Project Director at ISG with over 30 years’ international experience delivering large-scale hospitality, airport and cultural projects, alongside high-end residential and interior fit-out programmes.
He brings particular strength in complex stakeholder environments, specialist joinery and manufacturing-led delivery. Known for his practical leadership and “right-first-time” approach, Graeme helps clients translate ambitious design into coordinated, buildable solutions that support programme certainty and high-quality outcomes.
